Returns

Eligibility for Returns:

  • Items must be returned within 30 days of the delivery date.
  • Items must be unused, unworn, and in the same condition that you received them.
  • Items must be in the original packaging with all tags attached.
  • In- Store purchases cannot be returned.

Non-Returnable Items:

  • Custom or personalized orders
  • Gift cards
  • Sale items (if applicable)
  • No return on items over $100

Return Process:

  • Return Authorization: Once your return is approved, we will provide you with a Return Authorization Number (RAN) and return instructions.

Return Shipping:

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or the return is a result of our error.
  • We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Refunds

Refund Process:

  • Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
  • If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 7-10 business days.

Late or Missing Refunds:

  • If you haven’t received a refund within 10 business days, please check your bank account again.
  • Then contact your credit card company; it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Exchanges
